Welcome to Zenrola. Because we focus on sustainable manufacturing and exclusive, premium clothing drops, our fulfillment model operates a little differently than traditional fast-fashion brands. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your garments travel from our printing floors to your doorstep.
1. 100% Free Shipping Across India
To keep your checkout experience as simple and seamless as possible, Zenrola offers 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay—no hidden shipping surprises at checkout.
2. The Two-Step Delivery Timeline
Because Zenrola utilizes a premium, decentralized print-on-demand structure to eliminate textile waste, your order goes through two distinct phases:

Phase 1: Production & Processing (2–5 Business Days): Every single garment is freshly printed, cured, embroidered, or detailed specifically for you across our partner printing facilities after your order is confirmed.

Phase 2: Transit & Courier Delivery (3–6 Business Days): Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our domestic logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or Blue Dart).
🕒 Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their Zenrola package within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business days.
3. Split Shipments (Multiple Items)
Because we work with specialized manufacturing partners for different types of apparel, items ordered together may occasionally be printed at different facilities and dispatched in separate packages.

Do not panic if one part of your order arrives a couple of days before the rest.

You will receive individual tracking details for every separate package at absolutely no extra cost to you.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Secure Verification
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure smooth accessibility. To safeguard our automated print-on-demand pipelines against fraudulent orders, all COD orders go through a secure background check and verification protocol via Razorpay Magic Checkout at the final payment step.

High-risk delivery profiles or incomplete addresses flagged by our security engine may be restricted to prepaid transactions only.

If a customer repeatedly refuses a valid COD delivery at their doorstep, their credentials will be permanently blacklisted from placing future orders on Zenrola.
5. Order Tracking & Reverse Logistics
The moment a garment finishes production and is packaged, a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address/mobile number.

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and mobile number during checkout.

Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or failed delivery attempts by the courier, a reverse logistics fee of ₹150 will be charged to clear a secondary dispatch.
