2. Pricing, Typos, and Order Cancellations (The Price Shield)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on Zenrola.

The Pricing Error Loophole: In the event that a clothing item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a technical glitch, typo, or backend system error, we are not obligated to honor that order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, even after a confirmation email has been sent.
Refund Processing Timelines: If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will initiate a full refund. You acknowledge that while we initiate this instantly, the actual credit transaction back to your original payment method is subject to standard domestic banking and payment gateway processing timelines (typically 5 to 7 business days).

3. Intellectual Property (Design Protection)

All content included on this website—including but not limited to text, clothing graphics, custom apparel designs, logos, product photography, website code, and branding elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of Lakshya Kashyap (Zenrola).

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, duplicating, selling, or exploiting any portion of our designs or website imagery for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from us.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and delivery details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed to ship your clothing packages.

5. Limitation of Liability & Transit Risk

Zenrola, our founder Lakshya Kasyap, and our platform providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or accidental damages resulting from your use of our website or apparel.

Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s monitor or phone screen will display colors perfectly accurately, and minor shade variations or approximate sizing chart deviations do not constitute product misrepresentation.
Transit & Logistics Risk: Once a package is securely packed and handed over to our third-party logistics/courier networks (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery), the legal title of the goods passes to the courier and the customer. Zenrola is not liable for package transit delays, delivery tracking errors, or parcels lost, stolen, or physically damaged by courier personnel during transit.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

7. Anti-Fraud & Logistics Enforcement: Zenrola utilizes automated risk-assessment tools to verify orders. By placing a COD order, you confirm your intent to receive and pay for the shipment. In the event of a deliberate refusal of a valid delivery at the doorstep, the customer acknowledges that Zenrola reserves the right to:

Permanently blacklist the customer’s email, phone number, and delivery address from all future drops.
Issue a legal notice for the recovery of reverse-logistics and production costs (₹150 minimum).
Disqualify the customer from any future promotional store credit or exchange programs. Claims regarding missing items or incorrect packages must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the full content inspection.
